Preliminary data from the Missouri Department of Conservation shows young hunters had a smaller haul this year.
Young hunters, ages six through 15, hunted 15,591 deer during Missouri’s early youth portion of the 2020 deer hunting season, October 31st and November 1st. Last year, youth hunters harvested 18,289 deer during the early youth portion.
